D.H. Edes Kompack Fish Rod Roll, c. 1930 ~ Nice Piece of Maine History

Kompack Fish Rod Roll produced for the D.H. Edes store in Guilford, ME circa 1930.  The canvas shows stains, and the buttons and strap fasteners show rust.  This will clean up nicely, especially with a trip to the dry cleaners.  The roll will hold four rod cases and three tip tubes or other similar tackle.  The roll measures 44" L x 24 3/4" W.  Pocket and other dimensions are illustrated in the second photo.  This is a rare and interesting piece of Maine history.
