Extremely clean rod with very little signs of use.   

This was known as a casting powerhouse when it was introduced by Sage in 2004 with its Generation 5 Technology.  Generation 5 Technology provided a lighter, more responsive rod.  The Xi2 Series also received a specially developed Modulus Positioning System for the enhanced ability to feel the rods load throughout the cast.  These high-performance saltwater rods were designed to allow the user to apply power more efficiently, resulting in tighter loops, longer casts, and better performance in windy conditions.  The shaft is a gorgeous blue with silver trim wraps.  The rod is appointed with low-profile, oversized guides to allow the line to shoot with minimal friction.  It also features a full wells premium cork grip with a corrosive resistant black anodized reel seat.  Included is the original labeled blue bag and aluminum case.
