Selling today is this wonderful A G Spalding Model #30 9' - 2 F - 3 piece 2 tip Bamboo Fly Rod.
This rod is built for Spalding by Heddon and was built with hardware found on Heddon's #50 President in 1930.
The rod cast a 6 wt and is in all original condition with exceptions I will note.
It looks like a little tipping wrap on the first snake on the mid is missing possibly rewrapped guide.
The Varnish does need a slight polish and touch up but could be fished as is.  
The rod has been rubbed near the Spaulding decal possible boat rub. Structural sound.
The reel seat does have the owners initials in ink  written on it. this should come off with little effort.
It is in the bag that came to me with the rod and the bag is marked with the owners information.  But the bag wouldn't have been original.
